Laurie Baumer is a certified events coordinator and catering manager. She owned and operated Colorado weddings and events for 3 years and was the special events coordinator for the Historic Brook Forest Inn for 4 years, plus managed multiple events and weddings at the Evergreen Lake House, The Meadows of Marshdale, The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park, and the Chatfield Botanical Gardens. Laurie has over 20 years experience total in the field of restaurant and hospitality management in both Evergreen Colorado, as well as Las Vegas Nevada.
